ICOR is hiring: Senior Sales Engineer / Key Account Director
ICOR is a growing Belgian company in the automotive aftermarket, established in 1989 and specialised in technical solutions for automotive glass professionals across Europe and beyond. We develop and distribute the products, tools and repair systems used daily by leading players in the industry, including our own WizzIQ glass-repair technology.
This position is about developing and strengthening strategic customer relationships, and helping customers solve technical and operational challenges over the long term, not a pure hunter role.
We’re looking for someone hands‑on AND strategic, comfortable in a fast‑moving SME where a job title is a line on a LinkedIn profile, not a box you’re asked to stay in.
For the right person, the role will grow in scope and responsibility.
The role
Technical solution selling and customer support
Product development input with clients and suppliers
International customer relationship management
Operational involvement alongside long-term thinking
Your profile
8 to 15 years in technical sales, automotive, industrial products or engineered solutions
Strong relationship‑building and customer‑retention skills
At ease on both commercial and technical topics
Fluent in English (French or Dutch a strong plus, yet not a must have, any other language an asset)
