We are looking for a senior indirect procurement professional to join a global organisation that is actively transforming its indirect procurement function. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex, matrix environments and enjoys partnering closely with stakeholders across regions.
Indirect Procurement is moving from a decentralised set-up to a Global Category Management model, with strong emphasis on alignment, collaboration and strategic value creation across territories.
The Role
As a Senior Regional Indirect Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in executing global and regional category strategies across indirect spend areas such as Professional Services, HR and related services .
You will work closely with global category leads, regional leaders and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value and drive consistency across regions.
This role suits someone with the confidence and experience to operate at senior level, influence across borders and act as a trusted advisor to the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and execute mid- to long-term global and regional category strategiesLead and deliver regional sourcing initiatives across multiple countriesBuild and manage strong stakeholder relationships across business unitsAct as procurement lead for key strategic suppliers, driving structured SRMIdentify cost reduction, cost avoidance and service improvement opportunitiesAnalyse spend, market trends and supplier landscapes to inform decisionsEnsure contracts, compliance, risk and sustainability considerations are embeddedCollaborate closely with local procurement teams to balance global strategy with local needs
What We're Looking For5+ years' experience in indirect strategic sourcing and/or category managementProven experience working in regional or global procurement environmentsStrong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, partnership-led mindsetAbility to influence in a matrix organisation across cultures and geographiesSolid negotiation, contracting and supplier management expertiseStrong analytical capability and commercial judgementFluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)MCIPS or equivalent qualification (completed or in progress)
