Frenetic is rewriting the rules of power-magnetics design software. Our cloud platform and laboratory turn painful, waste-heavy analog processes into fast, data-driven workflows that ship higher-efficiency converters with zero-waste principles. From Madrid HQ to Zürich and San Francisco, we partner with innovators like General Electric, Infineon and Thales Alenia Space to cut losses—both electrical and environmental.



About the Role

To support our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a highly driven Outbound Sales Rep to join our startup team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping business grow by owning the entire B2B sales cycle, by creating tailored solutions to meet customer needs, preparing proposals, and managing the sales pipeline efficiently.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience in sales who’s eager to take ownership, work closely with the founder, and be part of a company where ideas move fast and individual contributions truly matter.

Responsibilities

* Leading opportunity development sales funnel process from identification through offer development and contract closure.
* Build long-term relationships with customers, expanding existing agreements.
* Have a good understanding of Frenetic products and be able to advise clients about them.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and hardware teams.
* Manage CRM systems and report on sales KPIs.



Requirements

* 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer relationship management, preferably in a technical or industrial sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
* Results-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach, proven track on exceeding revenue targets.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
* Fluent in English.



In addition, we would love to see...👀

* Familiarity with power electronics products, such as inverters, converters, or power supplies, is a plus.
* Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
* Ability to pitch to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
