The Business Development Director – Player Coach will play a key role in driving the commercial success of our new CMC facility in Mechelen, Belgium. This individual will be responsible for selling directly and leading a small team as we accelerate our European commercial structure.
This hybrid role is ideal for a commercially driven leader who loves to sell, build relationships, and grow accounts while also developing and mentoring a small team of Business Development professionals.
