Role
As a Data Analyst, you will transform data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze complex datasets, and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations. You will play a key role in ensuring data is accessible, reliable, and meaningful across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources
* Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and data queries
* Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations
* Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support decision-making
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability
* Collaborate with Data Engineers and IT teams to improve data availability
* Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Support business teams with ad hoc analyses and reporting needs
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of data models and reporting processes
Profile & Skills
* 2–5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
* Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
* Good knowledge of Excel and data manipulation techniques
* Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
* Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to present complex data in a clear and structured way
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality
