Job Description
Purpose of the role
As the sales manager for a geographic area, you play a key role in the organization by identifying and converting business opportunities within your region in the large and very large enterprise segments.
Essential responsibilities
* Develop and manage your own clients portfolio, large and very large enterprises (from 500MWh tó 25GWh/y of power or gas consumption)
* Map the territory, Identify opportunities, build a local network (consultants, business clubs), and keep a disciplined cadence of meetings
* Propose competitive pricing for power, gas and injection
* Take care of your existing customers, and manage renewals
* Advise customers about injection & consumption (PV/on-site generation, batteries, EV charging, flexibility
* Lead and coach the local sales team (1 to 3 persons)
* Work closely with Operations, Customer Care, and Credit & Collection
Qualifications
* BSc/MSc degree
* At least 3 years in B2B energy sales
* Fluency in French or Dutch and strong English skills
* Entrepreneur mindset
* A true hunter mindset: organized, persistent, performance-driven
* Strong negotiation and relationship skills
* Excel proficiency (formulas, pivots) and solid CRM/forecast discipline
