Are you a strategic finance expert with a passion for digital transformation and IT innovation? Proximus is looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our Digital & IT (DTI) department. This high-impact role focuses on CAPEX management, project finance, and business case development for cutting-edge IT initiatives. You will help define and implement financial best practices, ensure robust project follow-up, and provide insightful analysis to drive effective decision-making across IT programs and investments.
Your Mission
As a key member of the finance team, you will:
1. Act as Finance Business Partner for strategic projects and actively participate in meetings with our tribe leads and c-level stakeholders.
2. Lead project financial follow-up: analyze actuals vs. budget/reforecast (RF), assess variances, and evaluate year-to-go (YTG) impact.
3. Oversee CAPEX release processes and provide strategic financial insights.
4. Develop and maintain business cases for new IT projects, including Development CAPEX.
5. Collaborate on transformation programs (, Azure TFO, GCC India, S4HANA).
6. Manage end-to-end finance for GCC India: from entity creation to EBITDA/CAPEX impact and budgeting model setup.
7. Align project teams with CAPEX submissions and EBITDA impact.
8. Consolidate and report on efficiency initiatives.
9. Support OPEX processes: closing, rolling forecast, and long-term planning.

Your profile
You are a results-driven finance professional who:
10. Is digitally savvy with strong BI (TM1 / SAP / Power BI) and Microsoft Office skills.
11. Has 5+ years of experience in finance (audit, controlling, financial analysis).
12. Has excellent stakeholder management skills, communicating clearly and confidently.
13. Holds a university degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
14. Is fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch and/or French are a plus.
15. Is organized, analytical, and thrives under tight deadlines.
16. Is proactive, assertive, diplomatic, and a true team player.
