Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day local and remote desktop support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and documenting steps performed to resolve challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective support to users with hardware and software issues
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems
* Document all incidents and resolutions in a ticketing system
* Facilitate customer resolution and engage supervisors and managers as needed
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Windows Desktop support
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work flexible hours and cover urgent issues
* Fluency in French, Dutch, and English (read, write, speak)
