🔧 L3 Application Support – HR Applications
📍 Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium | 🕒 Contract Role | Start Date: By 8 September 2025 (possibility to extend till end of 2028)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Application Support Engineer to provide advanced support for a suite of enterprise HR applications. You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, maintaining application performance, contributing to process improvements, and working closely with end users and cross-functional teams.
Our professionals with a passion for technology develop ICT solutions for clients in the Defence, Intelligence & Security, Digital Forensics, and Public & Private sectors. This role offers the chance to work on impactful systems and collaborate with expert technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 3 support for HR systems including:
* RLDatix DefenceSuite / OneView
* Creative IT manageID
* PNMSoft Sequence
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across front-end and back-end layers
* Manage incident tracking, escalation, and resolution workflows
* Maintain and configure cloud-based infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
* CI/CD pipelines
* Entra ID roles and group management
* Collaborate in Agile teams (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews)
* Develop and maintain user and technical documentation
* Deliver user training and promote adoption of self-service tools
* Monitor application and infrastructure performance and report issues
Required Qualifications
Experience
* 10+ years in technical support / service engineering
* At least 2 years in software engineering (requirements, testing, deployment, config management)
* Experience in international environments and HR IT systems
Technical Skills
Proficient in:
* Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, Windows/Linux servers
* Networking, PKI, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
* Web technologies: HTML5, XML, SQL, REST, Web Services
* Programming: .NET, C#, Java, JavaScript
Familiar with:
* Application lifecycle management tools
