We are looking for an Artwork & Packaging Coordination Expert who is service-minded, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator to join our Devices, Artwork & Packaging team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.
About the role
You will play a central role in driving effective collaboration across Artwork & Packaging Operations. You are going to oversee change requests and coordinate workflows among key stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant packaging deliverables for product launches, regulatory updates, and market requirements. You will proactively resolve issues, mitigate risks, and promote process consistency.
Who you will work with
You will collaborate closely with Regulatory, Supply Chain, Quality, and Artwork & Packaging sub-teams, acting as the central coordination point. You will be part of a diverse, multinational, and multicultural environment, reporting to the A & P Coordination and Capacity Lead.
What you will do
1. You will follow up on change proposals and impact assessments for artwork and labelling.
2. You will prepare and coordinate kick-off and Strategic Acceptance Board meetings.
3. You will communicate with stakeholders and change leaders to ensure timely endorsements.
4. You will create and manage artwork projects in the artwork management system.
5. You will track project progress, ensuring deliverables are met and timelines respected.
6. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver approved artworks.

For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills
7. You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
8. You are fluent in English (written and oral); French is an asset.
9. You demonstrate excellent computer skills and team spirit.
10. You will bring experience in coordination and administrative tasks.
11. You are service-minded, structured, and stress-resistant.
12. Experience in Regulatory and/or Supply Chain environments is an asset
