As an IT Field Support Agent (Digital Coach), youll be the friendly face of IT, helping colleagues on-site across Belgium get the most out of their digital tools. From solving issues in real time to coaching on new apps, youll make tech more accessible, one conversation at a time.
Your role on the field
Youll be part of the Digital Field Services Team, combining practical IT support with people-focused coaching. Whether its solving problems, answering questions, or giving digital training, youll be right where your help makes the biggest difference on-site, with the user.
Heres what your days could look like:
1. provide on-site support and troubleshooting assistance to our users to ensure quick resolutions in real-time
2. respond to user inquiries and issues promptly during on-site visits, ensuring a high level of customer service
3. work closely with technical teams and vendors on-site to implement solutions and upgrades efficiently
4. give training on/off site for new applications (Onboarding day, Digital Corner)
5. prevention of Cybersecurity
6. follow-up of incidents via Octopus (ticketing system)

11. youve got a valid drivers license and are ready to be on the move
12. you have strong communication skills and are fluent in French and Dutch, with basic English skills
