Job Description
The role of QHSE Manager is a critical position within the organization, responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental sustainability of our operations.
As a QHSE Manager, you will be tasked with implementing and maintaining our company's QHSE policy, including the development and enforcement of HSE standards and procedures. This will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the implementation of HSE laws and regulations, including health and safety at work and environmental requirements.
* Develop and maintain HSE awareness among employees and contractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe working environment.
* Coordinate the activities of local HSE consultants and support Site HSE Managers in construction sites.
* Support the implementation of NX QHSE policies (ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 certification) and locally required management systems.
* Conduct risk analysis and assessment documentation, method statements, and reporting of QHSE related events and observations.
* Define HSE training requirements and develop QHSE documentation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
