As a Legal Engineering Operations Partner, you play an essential role in strengthening how our legal teams collaborate, use data, and deliver high‑quality support across the organization. You bring curiosity, care, and a commitment to improving how work gets done.
What you will do
1. Project & Process Management: Contribute to a variety of legal operations initiatives, systems implementations, and process improvement projects; coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure delivery of measurable impact.
2. Legal Technology: Identify, implement, and manage legal technology and data-driven solutions that streamline operations, strengthen data foundations, and enhance efficiency (e.g., AI-assistants, front-door solutions, knowledge management and analytics-enabled tools).
3. Collaboration: Design, implement, and oversee strategic, data‑enabled initiatives and processes that strengthen cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring shared visibility, aligned priorities, and evidence‑based decision‑making.
4. Data Analysis & Management: Collect, structure, validate data to generate and leverage insights across multiple systems (inc. databases and knowledge‑management and -e-billing platforms, CLMs) to ensure high‑quality information flows and inform team strategy and priorities and enable the adoption of data‑driven digital and AI solutions across the function.
5. Vendor management: Coordinate with external counsel and service providers, managing relationships and negotiating terms to optimize service quality and cost-effectiveness.
6. Training: Design and deliver specific training modules and workshop related to the implementation of digital solutions and enhancements.
Your background
7. You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, legal studies, data science, or a related field.
8. You bring at least three to five years of experience in legal operations, data analysis, or related discipline.
9. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with global teams.
10. You combine project management skills with the ability to understand processes and use data to guide decisions.
11. You have experience creating reports, interpreting data, and turning insights into practical recommendations.
12. You have worked with digital workplace tools and have contributed to the design or deployment of technology that supports legal or compliance teams.
13. You communicate clearly, build strong partnerships, and enjoy working with teams across different functions.
14. You are a thoughtful problem‑solver who brings a proactive and solution‑oriented approach to improving ways of working.
