Your Role
As Sales Manager, you will:
* Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
* Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
* Analyse market trends to inform pricing, service offerings, and strategic direction.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
* Ability to think strategically while maintaining a results-driven mindset.
* Fluency in English and French or Dutch (additional languages are a plus).
