As the largest agency in French-speaking Switzerland, MICROPOLE offers a unique opportunity for growth and collaboration. Currently, we're seeking a Change Manager (Full-Time) to join our team. Experience in multicultural environments and certifications in change management are a plus.


Tasks:

* Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies supporting key organizational and project initiatives.
* Conduct detailed impact analyses and assess change readiness across departments.
* Collaborate with senior leaders and project managers to identify change impacts and develop mitigation strategies.
* Design and lead communication campaigns tailored to different audiences and change contexts.
* Develop and deliver engaging training sessions and materials to prepare employees for new systems and processes.
* Support managers and employees during transitions by acting as a coach, advisor, and point of contact.
* Monitor progress, track KPIs, and report outcomes to stakeholders, adjusting strategies as needed.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of change activities and apply lessons learned for continuous improvement.


Profile:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Change Manager, ideally in digital or business transformation environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience conducting data-driven assessments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging all levels of stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in designing and executing communication and training strategies.
* Experience working across multicultural teams and in matrixed organizations is a strong plus.
* Change Management certification (Prosci, CCMP, etc.) is a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and change management tools.
* Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
