Missions
Contribute to Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, refinements, reviews, retrospectives) and chapter collaboration
Analyze data and customer insights to identify and drive improvements in the customer journey
Optimize processes to enhance customer experience and maximize business value
Define and deliver customer journey strategy, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, regulations, and compliance requirements
Maintain a strong end-to-end understanding of products, services, and customer processes
Monitor and improve performance using KPIs (customer satisfaction, quality, cost, revenue)
Support resolution of customer incidents and complaints
Drive innovation by developing new methods, standards, products, and processes
Enhance and evolve distribution practices to meet and set market standards
