Job OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee the end-to-end sales development of distributed PV and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) businesses across Brazil. Based in São Paulo, you will be responsible for local market expansion, channel development, key account management, and full-cycle project delivery to achieve annual sales targets and strengthen our brand footprint in the Brazilian new energy market.Key Responsibilities:Drive market penetration, build localized sales channels, and develop key clients for distributed PV and C&I BESS solutions, delivering annual sales and revenue targets.Cultivate in-depth local market resources, establish long-term partnerships with Brazilian EPC contractors, energy developers, large industrial and commercial enterprises, and power distribution companies, and identify high-quality PV and energy storage project opportunities.Own full sales cycle independently, including client technical consultation, solution design, quotation proposal, commercial negotiation, contract signing, as well as subsequent project implementation, delivery supervision and payment collection.Recruit, develop and empower local distributors and business partners, build and maintain a stable, high-quality localized sales ecosystem.Monitor and analyze Brazilian ANEEL policies, power tariff mechanisms, grid interconnection regulations and competitor trends, conduct regular market analysis, and optimize regional sales and market strategies accordingly.Participate in local industry exhibitions and technical exchange activities, maintain long-term customer relationships, and enhance the company’s brand awareness and market influence in Brazil.Basic Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power System, New Energy, Marketing or related disciplines.Language Proficiency: Fluent in business Portuguese for independent client communication and commercial negotiation; proficient in English for internal and cross-border collaboration.Professional Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on sales experience in Brazil’s new energy or power equipment industry. Proven successful project experience in C&I energy storage, distributed PV, PCS, transformers and complete power equipment sales is highly preferred.Market & Resource Capability: Familiar with Brazilian new energy market rules and local project development processes; possessing mature localresources of EPCs, energy developers and industrial end clients is a strong advantage.Technical Competency: Well-versed in mainstream C&I BESS application scenarios, including peak-valley arbitrage, emergency backup power and PV power consumption optimization; capable of independently supporting full-process technical communication, solution customization and commercial quotation.Personal Traits: Result-oriented mindset, excellent resilience and ability to work under pressure, with a good understanding of Brazilian local business etiquette and culture.Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Criteria):Prior working experience with Chinese-funded PV or energy storage enterprises in Brazil, with verifiable delivered project track records.In-depth knowledge of Brazilian grid interconnection standards, project filing procedures and power trading policies.Capable of energy storage project financial analysis, including investment calculation, IRR evaluation and payback period assessment, with professional solution selling capabilities.Previous work experience in Chinese enterprises is preferred.
