Join a SaaS company entering its next growth phaseOur client Kitry Group is a growing SaaS company specialised in Occupational Health & Safety (EHS) solutions, providing software that helps organisations improve workplace safety and compliance.With different legal entities over Belgium, France and Luxembourg and around 40 employees, Kitry supports companies through innovative digital tools in a sector that combines technology, health and safety impact.Founded over 20 years ago, the company recently entered a new phase following its acquisition by Vortex Capital Partners, a private equity fund specialising in SMEs.Kitry Group is now entering an exciting structuring and scaling phase.To support this transformation, we are recruiting a Head of Finance & Administration who will modernise the finance function, implement an ERP, and bring strong financial visibility to support the company’s growth.This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to the CEO, Board and investors.Your missionAs Head of Finance & Administration, you will take ownership of the entire finance and administrative scope of the company while driving the digital transformation of finance processes.You will work closely with the CEO, investors and management team to structure the finance function and support strategic decision-making.This is a hands-on role combining operational ownership and strategic impact.Your key responsibilitiesYou will oversee the full financial operations of the company:Monthly and quarterly financial reportingCustomer invoicing and payment managementCoordination of general and analytical accountingBudgeting, forecasting and cash-flow managementCoordination with external accounting firms (Belgium and France)Ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial dataFinancial governance & stakeholder managementYou will act as the key financial partner for leadership and investors:Preparation of board and investor reportingInteraction with banks and financial partnersSupport to the CEO on financial strategy and decision-makingContribution to financial governance and board discussionsA key part of your role will be to modernise the finance organisation:Lead the selection of an ERP on-going for an Odoo-like toolDefine requirements and coordinate implementationDevelop dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI / analytics)Improve financial visibility and performance monitoringProcurement & contract managementOversight of procurement and supplier contractsMonitoring financial commitments and renewals (SaaS tools, services)Implementation of structured and cost-efficient processesHR administration & team coordinationYou will oversee administrative operations including:Payroll coordination and HR administrationPersonnel contracts and administrative follow-upManagement of a 1 administrative support team member & coordination of external partners/ suppliersStreamlining internal administrative processesYour profileWe are looking for a hands-on finance leader who enjoys building structure in growing companies.ExperienceMaster's degree or equivalentMinimum 10 years of experience in finance, audit, controlling or advisoryBackground in finance or auditFluent in French & EnglishExperience in Big4 / audit / financial advisory is a strong plusPrevious roles such as:Finance ManagerHead of ControllingFinance Director in an SMEExperience with ERP implementation or finance transformation projectsExperience in SaaS / software environments is a plus (MRR, ARR, subscription models)Skills & mindsetStrong analytical and financial expertiseHands-on, pragmatic and structured approachAbility to work in a fast-evolving SME environmentComfortable interacting with senior leadership and investorsIndependent while having a strong team spirit & good interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and process improvement mindsetInterest in digitalisation and finance tools Direct exposure to CEO, Board and investors
