This role involves designing and building a secure, scalable, and reliable cloud foundation based on Azure while bridging the gap between governance and product teams.

Design and build a secure, reliable, and scalable cloud foundation based on
Azure .
Implement cloud governance and establish policies using
EPAC .
Coordinate technical requirements across various projects in collaboration with product and application teams.
Review and challenge infrastructure designs provided by external outsourcing partners and vendors.
Develop cost allocation models and support product teams with budget management and cost insights.
Manage cloud reservations and savings plans while investigating cost anomalies.
Continuously improve services provided to internal clients through service integration.
5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Architect in large-scale environments with over 5,000 users.
5+ years of experience with
Microsoft Azure
design and implementation.
5+ years of experience with
Azure AD (Entra ID) .
5+ years of experience with the
Azure Governance Framework .
3+ years of experience with
API Management .
Experience with
Azure Bicep
for Infrastructure as Code.
Functional knowledge of
Azure FinOps .
Experience with modeling techniques including
Archimate ,
TOGAF ,
UML, and
Sparx EA .
Experience working in
Agile
and
Scrum
environments.
Strong communication skills.
You are fluent in
Dutch
and
English
with C2 level proficiency.
Nice to Haves
Knowledge of
Sparx EA .
Experience within the Belgian energy sector. xphnsxz
Possession of a
FinOps certification .
Broad infrastructure architecture experience in similar large-scale environments.
