You will work across the full data lifecycle - from ingestion and transformation through to analytics and visualisation - within a modern lakehouse architecture. /ppThis is a hands‑on role suited to engineers who enjoy moving across the stack: cloud infrastructure, Spark pipelines, SQL modelling, and analytics layers. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign and orchestrate data pipelines on Azure (ADF, Functions, Event Hub, Lakehouse). /liliBuild scalable data transformations using Databricks / Spark. /liliIntegrate cloud and on‑prem data platforms. /liliModel and optimise datasets using SQL, Python, and Scala/Java. /liliImplement CI/CD, data quality checks, governance, and performance optimization. /liliContribute to lakehouse‑based data architectures. /li /ulh3Analytics Consumption /h3ulliBuild curated semantic models and datasets for downstream consumption. /liliCreate Power BI datasets and dashboards where required (optional but valued). /li /ulh3Required Skills Experience /h3ulliStrong experience with Azure data engineering. /lili(Data Lake, ADF, Key Vault, Functions, Event Hub). /liliHands‑on Databricks + Spark, including structured streaming and performance tuning. /liliAdvanced SQL for data modelling and optimization. /liliJava or Scala (nice to have but highly valued). /liliExperience working with lakehouse architectures. /liliUnderstanding of CI/CD, data governance, and reliability in enterprise environments. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
