Job Description
As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will become the central link between customers, the sales team, and internal technical departments. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and processing customer orders from A to Z
Preparing quotations and ensuring correct follow‑up
Coordinating with logistics, planning, and technical teams to guarantee smooth deliveries
Handling customer inquiries by phone and email
Updating product information, pricing, and customer data in the system
Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
Ensuring documentation, contracts, and files are always accurate and up to date

The Successful Applicant
We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator that :
You have experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, or a similar administrative role
You enjoy structure, accuracy, and problem‑solving
You communicate clearly and professionally
You're proactive, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Experience in a technical or industrial environment is a plus, not a must
