As a Marketing & Regulatory Affairs Intern, you’ll support the launch and market expansion of the HCS product portfolio in EMEA and beyond. You will play a valuable role in preparing regulatory documentation, maintaining compliance systems, and facilitating collaboration between the Regulatory Affairs and Sales & Marketing teams.

Job Responsibilities
As part of this internship, you will support various ongoing projects and gain practical experience in:
Regulatory Affairs Support
1. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of product registration files and technical documentation
2. Help review product information (brochures, leaflets) to ensure alignment with technical data
3. Monitor changes in EU and national regulations related to medical devices (e.g., CE marking, MDSAP)
4. Contribute to labelling and Instructions for Use (IFU) compliance across multiple languages
5. Support the implementation and update of regulatory information management system
Market Entry & Product Launch
6. Support the regulatory aspects of launching HCS products in new and existing EMEA markets
7. Collaborate with the HCS Marketing team and local affiliates on product approvals and documentation
8. Assist with item creation and internal system updates during product onboardin
Cross-Functional Communication
9. Act as a liaison between Regulatory Affairs and the Sales & Marketing team to support business growth
10. Participate in team meetings and cross-departmental projects
11. Communicate updates on regulations and standards (ISO, EN, IEC) that impact product development or commercialization
Profile Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized intern with a passion for healthcare, regulation, and international business.
You are:
12. A student in Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, or Business Administration
13. Interested in the medical device industry and the intersection of regulation and commercialization
14. Detail-oriented and able to work independently with a high level of accuracy
15. A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
16. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working in a dynamic, multicultural environment
17. Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
18. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with document management systems is a bonus
