A leading organisation undergoing large-scale transformation is seeking a HR Project Manager,
In this strategic role, you’ll act as a digital advisor and delivery lead, helping modernise internal operations through scalable, user-centric technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on digital best practices, automation, and emerging technologies (AI, data-driven decision tools)
* Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve employee-facing systems and experiences
* Identify and deliver solutions that streamline processes and reduce manual workload
* Develop and manage roadmaps aligned with operational goals and IT strategy
* Promote adoption through effective change management and stakeholder engagement
Ideal Profile:
* 7–10 years’ experience in digital transformation, business technology, or related roles
* Strong understanding of internal business functions (HR or people operations knowledge a plus)
* Experience with enterprise systems, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions
* Confident managing end-to-end projects and engaging diverse stakeholders
* Fluent in French and English
