We're seeking an experienced Digital Educator (IT Training Specialist) to support the delivery of training on current and upcoming IT solutions, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of digital tools and platforms.
The role focuses on IT systems training, documentation, and knowledge transfer, covering Webex, various applications, new developments, and DevSecOps. The successful candidate will help bridge the gap between technical teams and end users by delivering clear and engaging training sessions.
Key Tasks
* Deliver training sessions on various IT tools, platforms, and internal applications, including Webex and newly introduced digital solutions
* Develop and maintain training materials, such as presentations, user guides, technical documentation, and instructional videos
* Support the rollout and adoption of new IT systems and digital platforms
* Collaborate with technical teams to understand new features, releases, and system updates
* Organize and lead training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing meetings
* Provide training to different types of users, from general staff to executive stakeholders (VIP users)
* Continuously update training content based on system updates, new functionalities, and user feedback
* Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and IT solutions
Mandatory Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* Proven experience delivering IT or digital systems training in a professional environment
* Strong ability to quickly learn new technologies and IT solutions
* Experience creating technical training materials, documentation, and video tutorials
* Experience organizing and delivering online and in-person training sessions
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
* Excellent command of English
* Experience working with European Commission environments or large public sector organizations will be considered a strong advantage
