We are RISK HR, the talent hub within BNP Paribas’ global Risk function. Partnering with AI technical teams and business units, we embed AI responsibly while supporting sustainable risk‑taking across 5 continents.
🚀 MISSION
As a Senior PMO Consultant, you will own the AI4ALL training rollout and support the 2030 People Strategy PMO. You will align HR L&D, AI technical teams and risk stakeholders, define cohorts, design communications and produce decision‑support reports. Your work will keep the programme on schedule, within budget and delivering measurable impact.
📋 WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Lead the AI4ALL delivery, coordinating HR, AI and risk teams.
* Maintain roadmap, task lists and RACI matrix, adjusting timelines as needed.
* Design cohort segmentation and communication plans for senior management approval.
* Produce risk, status and budget dashboards for clear stakeholder visibility.
✋🏼 WHAT YOU’LL BRING
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
* 5+ years of project‑management experience, preferably in HR transformation.
* Proven ability to lead senior initiatives and manage cross‑functional stakeholders.
* Strong Excel data‑analysis skills (collection, cleaning, reporting).
* Hands‑on PMO, agile or hybrid methodology experience tailored to HR.
* Excellent English communication; French a plus.
