You will work 90% inhouse from our offices in Bilzen.Your responsibilitiesBuild strong, long-term relationships with wholesale and their paharmaceutical buyers in LithuaniaAnalyse the market and identify growth opportunities using our master trackerProactively reach out to existing and new customers to introduce our RX pharmaceuticalsNegotiate offers and follow up on all steps from initial contact to final orderMaintain daily communication with clients (email, phone, online meetings) and visit them several times per yearRepresent Delta Group at international trade fairs and events (3–4 times per year)Ensure accurate administrative follow-up and report to the Commercial Operations ManagerCollaborate closely with our enthusiastic team of Account Managers toward one goal: growth, customer satisfaction and strong resultsYour profileYou hold a bachelor's degree in economics, business, or IT – or equivalent through experienceYou are a nativeLithuanian speaker (or equivalent through study/experience), preferably with Lithuanian roots or professional ties to Lithuania and you communicate fluently in English.
