Your Mission
As HCPM, you’ll be the driving force behind our clinical project management team. You’ll lead, coach, and empower Clinical Project Managers to deliver high-quality research projects that truly make a difference. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure optimal resource allocation, training, and strategic planning.
You’ll also play a key role in business development, client engagement, and quality assurance—ensuring every project is executed with precision and purpose.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor the CPM team, conduct appraisals, set performance goals, and foster a culture of excellence.
2. Strategic Resource Management: Evaluate workloads, recruit new talent, and assign the right people to the right projects.
3. Client Engagement & Business Development: Participate in bid defenses, develop study budgets, and contribute to winning proposals.
4. Project Oversight: Ensure projects are well-planned, communicated, and executed with high quality and efficiency.
5. Quality & Compliance: Prepare for audits, address client concerns, and uphold GCP-ICH standards.
Qualifications
What You Bring
6. A degree in a scientific field
7. 10+ years in clinical research (pharma, biotech, or CRO), with 6+ years in project management
8. Proven leadership and coaching skills
9. Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
10. Strong knowledge of GCP-ICH and willingness to travel
