BeNeLux Area - Sales Manager – fluent in Dutch and English
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who enjoys autonomy, customer interaction and working in a truly international environment.
We are looking for candidates that:
1. Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, within the pharmaceutical market.
2. Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
3. Act as a trusted advisor, leading technical sales conversations and demonstrating innovative monitoring solutions.
4. Actively grow your territory by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
5. Work closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to strengthen our brand presence through events, content and campaigns.
6. Represent Particle Measuring Systems as a knowledgeable, reliable and people-focused partner.
Experience ad competencies:
7. 5+ years of experience in the pharma or electronics industry. Candidates with a university degree in Life Sciences, Electronics, Engineering are welcome.
8. Experience in cleanroom and contamination control knowledge is a plus.
9. Strong communication and presentation skills, with a customer-first mindset.
10. A proactive, independent way of working and confidence in managing your own pipeline.
11. Willingness to travel within the BeNeLux region (approx. 60%).
12. Native or fluent Dutch and fluent English.
