We are looking for a Marketing Performance Analyst to join a dynamic digital team focused on data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will analyze campaign performance, develop dashboards, and support marketing teams with insights that improve customer experience, conversion rates, and overall campaign impact.
What are your responsibilities?
* Analyze marketing campaign performance and transform data into actionable insights.
* Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
* Monitor and interpret KPIs related to marketing funnels, customer behavior, and ROI.
* Identify opportunities for optimization and recommend data-driven improvements.
* Support and train internal teams in performance analysis tools.
* Contribute to building a performance-driven culture within the marketing & communication team.
Who are we looking for?
* Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or communication performance analysis.
* Strong knowledge of marketing KPIs, conversion funnels, and customer journey metrics.
* Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
* Experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus.
* An analytical mindset with a proactive and improvement-oriented approach.
