Robert Half is currently recruiting a Flying Front Office Manager (M/F/X) for a dynamic organization active in the real estate / business centers sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, service-minded, and highly organized professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working in a client-facing environment. In this position, you will support the Operations Director in the day-to-day coordination of activities across several sites in Belgium while helping ensure smooth operations and a high level of client satisfaction.

As Flying Front Office Manager (M/F/X), you will be responsible for:

* Providing operational and administrative support across multiple sites in Belgium, including Brussels, Zaventem, Grimbergen, Antwerp, Turnhout, and future locations;
* Assisting the Operations Director with daily follow-up, process optimization, and the implementation of new procedures;
* Acting as a professional point of contact for clients, visitors, suppliers, and colleagues in Dutch, English, and French;
* Managing front-office activities, email correspondence, meeting coordination, and practical event logistics;
* Monitoring the general upkeep and presentation of the business centers, ensuring compliance with internal standards and protocols;
* Preparing and coordinating client onboarding, including office set-up, access badges, Wi-Fi, and related documentation;
* Representing the organization professionally during client visits and following up on incoming commercial inquiries;
* Stepping in where needed to maintain continuity of service across locations.

The requested qualifications for this position include:

* You are fluent in Dutch, English, and French, both written and spoken;
* You have relevant experience of several years in a similar administrative, front-office, office management, or hospitality-oriented role;
* You have strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail;
* You are comfortable working independently and travelling between different sites;
* You have a professional appearance and a client-oriented attitude;
* You are flexible, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively;
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office;
* You are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work well under pressure;
* A bachelor's degree is an asset.

As Flying Front Office Manager (M/F/X) our client offers:

* A full-time permanent contract (38 Hours / week)
* A gross monthly salary between €3,200 and €3,500, depending on experience;
* Meal vouchers (€8/day) and eco-vouchers;
* A company car with fuel card for professional travel;
* A varied position with a high degree of autonomy;
* The opportunity to work in an international environment with clients from diverse sectors;
* A role within a small and dynamic team in a growing business environment.

Practical Information

* This is an on-site position; remote work is not possible;
* Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8:00 and 18:00 depending on operational needs;
* Flexibility is important, including the willingness to support colleagues when needed.
