As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll step into a demanding yet incredibly fulfilling role, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business development through new sales and nurturing existing relationships. Imagine yourself excelling in the following tasks:Sourcing and Screening: Utilising diverse methods such as online platforms, referrals, and networking events to source and screen candidates effectively.Interviewing and Assessing: Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to gauge candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for various roles.Negotiating and Finalising: Skilfully negotiating and finalising agreements with both clients and candidates.Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships and providing top-notch customer service to both clients and candidates.Managing the Recruitment Process: Overseeing the entire recruitment process, managing interactions with clients and candidates from start to finish.What You Need to Bring:We seek self-motivated individuals who possess a proactive attitude, positive mindset, strong work ethic, and persuasive attributes. Resilience, outstanding customer service aptitude, teamwork capabilities, and excellent communication skills are crucial, given the extensive interaction with managers, directors, and candidates at various levels.Note: Experience in IT / Tech Recruitment is preferred, however we value backgrounds in all recruitment sectors. Alternatively we would also consider other high-level sales or telesales professionals, within B2B/B2C environments as they often provide transferable skills for this role.
