Electromechanical Engineer – French and/or Dutch + English – ALTEN Belgium
The Position
As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for an Electromechanical Engineer to join our teams and work on client projects located in Belgium.
As an Electromechanical Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
* Design, develop, and integrate electromechanical systems for various industrial projects
* Perform technical calculations and analyses (mechanical, electrical, thermal)
* Participate in component selection and system architecture definition
* Ensure commissioning, testing, and validation of equipment
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee compliance with standards and client requirements
* Prepare technical documentation and ensure project follow-up
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent
* Experience in a similar position (junior or experienced)
* Knowledge in:
* Mechanical and electrical design
* Automation and instrumentation
* Reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics
* Proficiency in design tools (CAD/CAE) and calculation software
* Languages: French and/or Dutch, English required
* Strong communication skills and team spirit
