We are seeking a
Digital Workplace Change Manager
to lead and support transformation initiatives across multiple digital workplace projects. This role is critical in ensuring smooth transitions, minimizing resistance, and driving user adoption for new technologies and processes. You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and employees to align change management strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement tailored change management strategies for digital workplace projects.
* Conduct impact assessments and create mitigation plans for employees, processes, and systems.
* Integrate change management activities into project plans for a unified approach.
* Design and execute communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged.
* Identify and address resistance, building stakeholder consensus and support.
* Coach leaders and managers to act as change sponsors.
* Develop and deliver training programs for digital workplace tools and technologies.
* Monitor and evaluate project effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
* Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in digital workplace change management.
Skills & Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience in Change Management (digital workplace experience is a plus).
* Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with agile delivery methodology is a plus.
* Analytical mindset for assessing organizational impact.
* Ability to design and deliver training programs.
* Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
* Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
