Your new role
As a Customer Support & Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a wide variety of questions and requests across multiple channels. You'll ensure a fast, accurate, and customer-focused service, playing a key role in retaining and satisfying customers.
Your responsibilities:
1. Handle Customer Requests: you'll receive, assess, and respond to client inquiries, complaints, and service requests across multiple channels.
2. Customer Administration: you'll register and manage customer data, offers, orders, and complaints in the systems, ensuring accurate data processing.
3. Build Customer Relationships: you'll welcome customers to the office and represent the company at fairs and events.
4. Active Selling: you'll identify potential customers and hand over leads to colleagues when specialized expertise is required.
5. Training and Coaching: you'll share knowledge and best practices with your team and support new or less experienced colleagues.
6. Expertise Development: you'll continuously develop your knowledge of products, processes, and sales systems through training and coaching.
Your profile
7. You have strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
8. You can handle requests quickly, accurately, and professionally, with a great eye for detail.
9. You have a proactive attitude and are willing to learn and grow.
10. You enjoy collaborating, sharing knowledge, and having strong organizational skills.
11. Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
12. You are fluent in German and English. Knowledge of Dutch is ideal, but not a requirement.
