The contextGolden Palace is accelerating the development of its Sportsbook, with a clear strategic focus on mobile usage, product quality, and differentiation in a highly competitive market.The product is young, evolving fast, and requires a Product Manager who is both hands-on and pragmatic, able to improve what exists while shaping what comes next.
You will work in close collaboration with the Head of Sportsbook, with short decision loops, limited meetings, and real trust in product ownership.
Your roleAs Sportsbook Product Manager, you take full ownership of the sportsbook product lifecycle. Your mission is to continuously improve the user experience (web & mobile), ensure product stability, and translate market and user insights into concrete product evolutions.Mobile experience is a key focus area. Prior experience in mobile products is a strong asset, but not a hard requirement if you understand mobile-first logic.Key responsibilitiesProduct ownership (end-to-end): own the sportsbook product, from discovery to delivery and optimization.Roadmap definition: build and maintain a clear, realistic roadmap aligned with business priorities.Market & competitor analysis: monitor sportsbook operators and trends (Belgium, France, broader EU) and convert insights into actionable improvements.Mobile & UX focus: improve usability and performance on mobile, where the majority of bets are placed.Quality & stability: ensure product reliability through testing, validation, and close follow-up with suppliers and tech teams.Bug & issue management: prioritize, track, and resolve incidents pragmatically.Supplier collaboration: work closely with sportsbook platforms and external providers (e.g. Altenar, GiG), challenge them, and drive improvements.Customer Service interface: act as product reference for CS, improve FAQs and operational efficiency.Reporting & insights: follow product KPIs, user feedback, and performance indicators.
Your profileA first experience in sportsbooking is a must.Strong understanding of sports betting mechanics and user behavior.Analytical mindset: comfortable with KPIs, data analysis, and prioritization trade-offs.Bilingual in French and English. Any other European language would be an asset.Able to work autonomously, with a "less is more" mindset (few meetings, high impact).Comfortable collaborating with business, HR, tech teams, and external suppliers.Mobile product experience is a plus, not a blocker.
