You’ll own the full customer insights cycle - from data collection and structuring to analysis and conclusions - while building AI-powered workflows that make insights faster, scalable, and easier to act on across the business. The role
You step into ownership. You move fast and take responsibility for what you build. You focus on work that matters, not on noise that slows things down. You own end-to-end insights execution while scaling impact through AI-enabled workflows and structured analysis.
What You’ll Do (and What You Won’t)
* You own the insights cycle end-to-end (data collection, structuring, analysis, and conclusions)
* You design, build, and maintain customer surveys (logic, targeting, QA)
* You clean, validate, and structure datasets for analysis-ready outputs
* You translate data into clear, actionable business insights
* You build reusable queries, dashboards, and analysis frameworks
* You develop AI-powered workflows (prompt libraries, automation, reporting)
* You collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, CX, and Analytics teams
* You improve insight accessibility, documentation, and scalability with AI solutions

How You’ll Succeed
We look for people who think big, stay curious, and aren’t afraid to go all in to make things happen. You’ll turn ambiguous questions into structured analyses, consistently deliver decision-ready insights, and continuously improve speed and quality through AI-enabled workflows.
What You’ll Bring
* You bring at least 5+ years of experience in customer insights, analytics, or BI
* Strong SQL and BI tooling experience (Looker, Tableau, ThoughtSpot)
* Experience with survey design, data cleaning, and dataset structuring
* Proven ability to translate data into business decisions
* Hands‑on experience applying AI in workflows, analysis and insights centralization
* You work independently and know when to involve others
* You’re comfortable with change and ambiguity
* You know when work is ready to ship, and when it can evolve
* You want your work to matter, not just exist
* You are registered as a freelance and available full time for at least 4 months
