Missions
Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications
Analyse, challenge and formalize business requirements, processes and data flows
Contribute to the definition and evolution of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Collaborate closely with development, QA and architecture teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
Participate in agile ceremonies (workshops, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Support testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT) and production rollouts
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and solution optimization
Profile
A relevant professional experience as an IT Business Analyst (at least 5 years of experience in a similar role)
Strong ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements
Experience working in agile environments (Scrum)
Good understanding of information systems, data flows and application lifecycles
Familiarity with requirement modelling techniques (use cases, user stories, BPMN, UML or similar)
Comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar collaboration platforms
Nice to have:
Knowledge of or exposure to the insurance and/or investment funds domain
Experience working in regulated environments
Basic understanding of databases, APIs or integration patterns
Soft skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
Team player with a collaborative and proactive attitude
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
