You’ll work as a Test Engineer within our Engineering team, contributing to the advancement of automotive technologies in the Automotive & Trucks sector.


Your missions

* Convert concrete test requests into test procedures and test equipment
* Translate abstract test needs into actionable test plans
* Ensure the execution of assigned segments of the product design validation test plan and monitor milestone achievement
* Transform mid- and long-term planning into weekly schedules and resolve obstacles to maintain project efficiency
* Prepare, coordinate, perform, and analyze development tests, including data analysis and reporting
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address and resolve project roadblocks
* Contribute to meeting quality requirements as described in ISO 17025


Your profile

* 3-5 years of experience in automotive testing and testing facilities
* Experience with Hybrid Powertrains and Automatic Transmission is an advantage
* Experience in technically leading a team
* Familiarity with CANape, INCA, Vector CANalyzer
* Academic background: Master’s degree in Automotive, Electro-Mechanical, or equivalent by experience
* English fluent. Additional languages are a plus.
* You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* You demonstrate strong communication skills
* You demonstrate customer focus, flexibility, persistence, and a goal-oriented, structured approach

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
