This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or junior professional with an internship or short experience who’s eager to grow in the world of business analysis, IT, and process optimization.
What You Will Do
1. Understand & Analyse Business Needs
* Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to capture, challenge, and refine requirements.
* Organize workshops and interviews to uncover process bottlenecks and opportunities.
* Translate business needs into structured documentation and user stories.
* Support ongoing service management, small change requests, and problem analysis.
2. Optimise & Document Processes
* Analyse existing workflows and identify areas for efficiency, automation, or customer impact.
* Help assess the effects of regulatory, operational, or client-driven changes.
* Define clear, scalable processes in collaboration with product owners and experts.
* Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and align with strategic goals.
3. Test, Validate & Improve
* Participate in test preparation, execution, and feedback cycles.
* Validate business requirements through user acceptance testing.
* Suggest optimisations and improvements based on user input and data insights.
4. Communicate & Support Change
* Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
* Support change initiatives by helping teams understand and adopt new processes or tools.
* Contribute to documentation, training, and internal communication materials.

Your Background
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
* 0–2 years of experience, ideally with an internship in business analysis, IT, or process improvement.
* Basic familiarity with Agile, testing, or process modelling tools (JIRA, Zephyr, BPMN) is a plus.
* Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good understanding of the other.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
