* Identify, assess, and prioritize risks/issues; develop mitigation plans and track to closure.
* Drive change management deliverables in and beyond the immediate team to support adoption and sustained ways of working.
Required qualifications
* Practical, in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain processes in a GxP or other controlled environment (e.g., pharma, food, regulated manufacturing) is strongly preferred.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager / Program Delivery Lead, managing scope, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

* Strong planning, organization, execution, and control of tasks/resources/timelines
* Risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation tracking
* High ownership mindset: self-organizing, proactive, and initiative-taking
* Resilience and persistence in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
* Change agent capable of driving organizational change and adoption
Nice-to-haves (optional)
* Experience with master data governance (standards, ownership models, data quality controls)
* Experience in global rollouts, multi-site deployments, or operating-model transformations
