Orion Pharma, a pharmaceutical company with a focus on marketing and distribution of high-quality products, is seeking a Key Account Manager to promote and drive the adoption of their pharmaceutical products by engaging with healthcare professionals.
* Promote and drive the adoption of Orion's pharmaceutical products by engaging with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes and enhance product awareness
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers and healthcare professionals in your region.
* Develop and execute effective account plans to meet sales and growth targets.
* Organize and lead training sessions for hospital staff, including physicians and nurses.
* Attend national and international medical congresses and symposia.
* Continuously monitor competitor activity and market developments.
Requirements
Qualified candidates should have a degree in Life Sciences or a pharmaceutical background, at least 2 years of experience as a hospital sales rep, excellent communication skills in French and English, strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills, a valid driving license, and willingness to travel across your territory.
* A completed degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, etc.) or a pharmaceutical background.
* At least 2 years of experience as hospital sales rep, experience in the field of Neurology and/or Gynecology is an asset
* Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written) and very good knowledge of English
* Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
* A valid driving license and willingness to travel across your territory
* Open to use multichannel management with good IT-skills
* High willingness to learn, enjoyment of challenges and flexibility
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Organizational skills and resilience
* High social skills, empathy and ability to work in a team
* Identification with the corporate values of the company
