We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email and phone), educating restaurants and helping them perform best on the app, and working efficiently and effectively with restaurant partners, teaching and helping them to use our application.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email and phone);
* Be a passionate advocate for users while answering any questions that come your way;
* Educate restaurants and help them perform best on the app;
* Work efficiently and effectively with restaurant partners, teaching and helping them to use our application;
* Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email, social media and chat);
* Show empathy to users who face issues while solving problems;
Requirements
* Native level of Dutch;
* Fluent level of English (B2);
* Previous experience in customer support would be considered a plus;
* Passion for customer support, competitive and a risk-taker;
* At least a high school diploma or completed vocational training;
* European citizenship or work permit for Portugal;
