Leadership and Team Management Lead, mentor, and motivate a teamof digital marketing experts specializing in SEO, SEA, Display,Social Paid, Affiliation and Direct Marketing. Provide cleardirection and set objectives for the team to ensure alignment withoverall business goals. Oversee performance, coaching, andprofessional development of team members. Foster a collaborativeand high performance team culture. Traffic and Channel StrategyDevelop and execute strategies to drive high quality traffic to thewebsite and other digital properties across various channels (SEO,SEA, Display, Social Paid, Affiliation, Direct Marketing). Optimizeand scale traffic acquisition efforts, ensuring a focus on quality,efficiency, and performance. Collaborate with cross functionalteams (Content, Design, Development, etc.) to ensure successfulcaign execution and traffic growth. Performance Analysis andReporting Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and track theeffectiveness of all traffic channels. Provide insights andrecommendations for improving traffic acquisition and conversion.Lead the team in optimizing caigns based on performance data,A/B testing, and industry best practices. Budget Management Manageand allocate budgets across various channels, ensuring optimalspending and ROI. Work closely with the finance team to ensure thatthe traffic and marketing budget is aligned with overall businessobjectives. Stakeholder Collaboration Communicate regularly withsenior leadership to report on traffic growth, performance, andstrategy. Collaborate with other teams (Digital, Sports,Circularity etc.) to align on objectives and ensure smoothexecution of caigns. Innovation and Trend Analysis Stayup to date with the latest industry trends, digital marketing bestpractices, and emerging technologies. Introduce new tools, tactics,and platforms that can drive traffic and improve overallperformance. As Traffic Leader, you have a proven track record ofsuccessfully managing and leading cross functional teams. Strongleadership, communication and interpersonal skills are essentialfor fostering collaboration and driving team performance. You havestrong analytical skills to turn data into action, strategicthinking for problem solving, and experience with digital marketingbudget management. You also have: 7 10 years of hands on experiencein digital marketing, specifically in SEO, SEA, Display, SocialPaid, and Direct Marketing. In depth knowledge of digital marketingtools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics,SEO tools, etc.). Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, or arelated field.
