As our new Knowledge Manager, you’ll join the Knowledge Management team, as part of our Global Excellence organization. The Global Excellence organization ensures that our company operates at its best and is continuously in pursuit of the highest standards and ways to improve our processes, products, and services. The Knowledge Management team helps to build the necessary strategies, policies, guidelines, trainings, tools, and maintenance to empower the organization, creation, use, and sharing of knowledge across the whole organization.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

2. A Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent.
3. At least 5 years of prior experience in knowledge management (including strategy and process definitions) in a consulting and/or product development environment.
4. Strong analytical skills to solve problems.
5. The ability to think through technical solutions.
6. Extensive experience in using Sharepoint, MS Teams, and A.
7. Experience working in complex, multi-cultural, and international environments.
8. A detail-oriented and hands-on approach.
9. Proven project management experience.
10. The ability to capture functional requirements and translate them into a functional design that defines processes, policies, and procedures.
11. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
12. The ability to work effectively in and with multiple teams. You connect the executive vision with the operational execution.
Bonus points if you have:
13. Experience within an international environment.
14. Experience in using Sharepoint, MS Teams, and IA
