Backed by Sequoia Capital, we are scaling our European footprint, and we are looking for a foundational leader to drive our Belgian warehouse operations to the next level.The Opportunity: What You’ll DoReporting to the regional leadership, you will be the architect of our Belgian operational flow. You won’t just manage a warehouse; you will build the systems that make electric mobility accessible to everyone.As the Operations Manager, you will:Lead & Scale the Team: Manage a current team of 20+ associates, with the mandate to double the team size within the next year. You are responsible for fostering a high-performance culture on the floor.Architect Operational Flows: Design, build, and own the end-to-end flow, from the moment used premium hardware arrives to its final delivery as a refurbished, high-quality product.Drive Efficiency with Data: Build the tools and dashboards necessary to gain full visibility into performance. You will analyse data to bridge gaps and optimise every second of the refurbishment process.Master Quality & Customer Experience: Ensure every product leaving the facility meets\ "best-in-class\" standards, embedding a customer-first mindset into every physical process.Navigate Rapid Growth: Collaborate cross-functionally to support our expansion, testing fast, learning fast, and improving fast as we scale across the Benelux.What You Will Need:This role requires a unique blend of analytical horsepower and a relentless drive to execute in a physical environment.Experience: 1–5 years of high-intensity experience in Operations, Finance, or Engineering. You have a track record of solving complex problems under pressure.Analytical Rigor: A strong academic background (Engineering, Business, or Finance). You are hands-on with data and get to the root cause of issues quickly.Leadership Presence: You are a clear communicator who can lead a diverse team in a warehouse environment. You lead by example and thrive in\ "hands-in-the-dirt\" (terrain) situations.The Start-up Mindset: High ownership, a bias for action, and resilience.
