Role during the mission: System Administrator/Engineer
As System Engineer the person is responsible for the installation, maintenance and monitoring of physical and virtual servers, monitoring the network, monitoring backups, managing Microsoft licences, …
• Hardware and software installations for both clients
• Follow-up of backups
• Establishing procedures based on applied IT processes
• Printer management
• Automation of processes (such as creation of AD accounts & mailboxes) using Powershell scripts
• Configuration and monitoring of the network (routers, access points,...)
• Snow License Manager monitoring
• Installing, configuring and monitoring software
• Backup & Support for the team of Call-handling and on-site support
Someone who can also take the lead in operational matters and provide guidance to people.
