What do we expect from you?
* You define structural improvements to the infrastructure and follow up on their implementation for one or more infrastructure domains.
* In the event of major incidents, we rely on you to work with colleagues to develop solutions. You supervise the resolution process end-to-end across multiple domains, including problem and disaster recovery testing as well as reporting to stakeholders.
* You follow up on changes and releases that impact your infrastructure domains.
* You support the Business Service Delivery Owner in addressing escalated quality issues.
* You also provide support in the area of vendor management, in particular when issues need to be escalated.
Your key strengths?
* You hold a bachelor's or master's degree and have a broad knowledge of IT operations and infrastructure. You are familiar with various technologies and processes, including ITIL and COBIT.
* You communicate clearly in both Dutch and English. You easilyadapt your communication style to business stakeholders and senior management. Thanks to you, they clearly understand the situation at hand.
* You remain calm under pressure during incidents and know how to enable efficient collaboration between colleagues from different teams to resolve issues effectively.
