Must Haves:
* 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
* Strong full-stack engineering background
* Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
* Experience working with React.js
* Experience with at least one additional back-end language, such as Python or Go
* Hands-on experience with AWS
* Experience working with Kubernetes
* Experience collaborating with DevOps teams in cloud-based environments
* Ability to work in a high-load, scalable system environment
* Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL
Key Responsibilities
* Build and enhance a new product that helps clinicians and study builders set up and execute clinical trials
* Develop scalable full-stack solutions using Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
* Collaborate closely with customer design and development teams to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences across the platform
* Apply data-driven design decisions based on inputs from end users, subject matter experts, and machine learning-driven insights
* Participate in architecture and technical decision-making for a high-load distributed system
* Work closely with the DevOps team to support infrastructure scalability, monitoring, and reliability
