As Manager at Methis Consulting, you'll work on high-impact projects for top-tier companies in the Public Transport & Aviation industry. You are actively positioning Methis at clients and you and you work full time on client delivery projects. You take responsibility for the quality of our work, you organize, lead and monitor projects of individuals and the coherence of those projects. This helps the client improve their business processes.
* Managing organizational processes, from the implementation of new technologies and new business models to the optimization of processes.
* Optimizing (customer)processes, including the implementation and acceptance within the organisation.
* Managing business and IT projects
* Managing stakeholders from organisations.
* Building and maintaining a relevant network with current and new customers.
* Managing and guiding consultants during projects and in their personal development.
* Contribute to and codevelop the public transport and aviation industries at Methis
What makes you a great fit?
* A strong analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
* An deep understanding of Public Transport or Aviation business processes and an eagerness to keep learning.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
What we are looking for:
* A completed Bachelor's and Master's degree with a technical or numerical component.
* At least 5 years of relevant work experience including experience in consultancy.
* At least 3 years of experience as the responsible manager in a project environment (with a good track record) within public transport (STIB, Le Tec, De Lijn, NMBS/SNCB, Port, ...) and aviation (airport, airline, etc).
* Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, Process Modeling & Analysis, and Enterprise/Process Architecture.
* Ability to quickly understand client processes and systems
* Strong personality and a real team-player with excellent communication & analytical skills.
* Commercial expertise; experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
* You're fluent in Dutch/French and English.
