Job Description
Product & Lifecycle Communication
* Own all product communication activities across the full lifecycle (HW & SW), from launch through end‑of‑life/end‑of‑service.
* Ensure consistent and relevant value messaging aligned with commercial objectives.
Launch & Go‑to‑Market Execution
* Develop, manage, and implement global launch programs.
* Equip regional and channel teams with the tools needed for successful product adoption.
* Lead the global marketing plan for a designated product line.
Sales Enablement & Collateral
* Collaborate with sales teams to identify required sales support tools.
* Produce product collateral and messaging that communicate value to multiple stakeholder groups.
* Manage the creation, accuracy, and effectiveness of all sales assets.
* Lead monthly sales communications and support ongoing internal/external sales communication.
Digital & Regulatory Alignment
* Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date product representation on the company website.
* Validate all materials through the appropriate regulatory review processes.
Performance Measurement & Market Insights
* Measure the impact and effectiveness of enablement activities and materials.
* Track competitor activities and generate market insights to support decision‑making.
Qualifications
Qualifications
* Master’s degree preferred (Bachelor accepted).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing or a similar role.
* Experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, or IVD is required.

* Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
* Ability to translate technical features into compelling value propositions.
* Fast learner with strong analytical thinking.
* Team‑oriented mindset with a structured, proactive approach.
Languages
* English required (additional languages are an advantage).
